Steve has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years. After a lengthy career on the investment side of commercial real estate, he founded Cole Realty Associates to bring his extensive knowledge and experience to the development side. Steve is responsible for facilities, construction management and financing. He and Jill work together on tenant relations and leasing. Before starting the company, Steve worked for Summit Investment Partners, the investment advisor to The Union Central Life Insurance Co., Nationwide Life Insurance, and for developer John W. Galbreath.
Raised in Columbus, Ohio, Steve attended The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Urban Planning, and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
Jill Cole, Principal

Jill has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to Cole Realty, she worked in construction estimating and accounting. She has also been a commercial loan officer, and worked for several years in a general management corporate headquarters role.
At Cole Realty, she is responsible for administration, marketing and business development. She and Steve work together on tenant relations and leasing.
In 2007, Jill was elected to a four-year term on the Sycamore Community School's Board of Education. She was re-elected to a second term in 2011, and currently serves as Board President.
Jill was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Malibu, California and Hebron, Ohio. She earned a Bachelor's degree from the Ohio State University in Business (Marketing).
