Steve Cole, Principal
Steve brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience to Cole Realty Associates. Prior to forming the company, he worked for Summit Investment Partners, the investment advisor to The Union Central Life Insurance Co. As Managing Director of Commercial Mortgages, he had responsibility for all aspects of the commercial mortgage and real estate portfolios.

Steve has also worked for Nationwide Life Insurance, and for the John W. Galbreath Company, a major office and hotel developer.

Raised in Columbus, Ohio, Steve attended The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Planning, and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Jill Cole, Principal
Jill has worked in estimating and accounting for contracting firms as well as for developer John W. Galbreath. After earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, she was a loan officer for Bank One, calling on the small business market in Cincinnati.

Jill also worked for The Johnson Group as its Vice President of Corporate Affairs. Her areas of responsibility included: corporate communications, event planning, safety, property and casualty insurance and office management.
