Steve Cole, Principal
Steve brings nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience to Cole Realty Associates. Prior to forming the company, he worked for Summit Investment Partners, the investment advisor to The Union Central Life Insurance Co. As Managing Director of Commercial Mortgages, he had responsibility for all aspects of its $1.2 billion commercial mortgage and real estate portfolios.

Steve has also worked for Nationwide Life Insurance, and for developer John W. Galbreath.

Raised in Columbus, Ohio, Steve attended The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Planning, and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Jill Cole, Principal
Jill has worked in estimating and accounting for contracting firms as well as for developer John W. Galbreath. After earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, she was a loan officer for Bank One, now a part of Chase Bank, calling on the small business market in Cincinnati.

Jill also worked for The Johnson Group as its Vice President of Corporate Affairs. Her areas of responsibility included: corporate communications, event planning, safety, property and casualty insurance and office management.

In 2007, she was elected to a four-year term on the Sycamore Community School’s Board of Education. She has served as the Board's Student Achievement Liaison for the past two years.
